Holding What Hurts: Somatic and Relational Practices for Troubled Times

Are you feeling overwhelmed, angry, or hopeless about injustice in the world? You’re not alone. This workshop is a space to feel, express, and move through those emotions—together. With practices from deep ecology, somatic movement, grief rituals, and everyday life design, we’ll explore how to stay connected to life and community even in difficult times. You’ll leave with a stronger sense of agency, grounded in connection to yourself and others around the globe.

I grew up in Germany, with most family members from there. I love spending time outdoors and practicing gratitude and accountability in daily my daily life. My big passion is about creating workshops that invite reconnection: with ourselves, with Earth, with our own roles in injustice, and with the possibilities still alive in each of us and us together. And so I am on my way to learn about growing resilience, practicing grief, collective leadership, sense of agency and so on.
